Welcome to LuvMatex. By accessing or using our mobile application, companion customizers, and chat client infrastructure (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to follow these Terms of Service. Please read our guidelines on conversational boundaries and in-app credits carefully before creating your virtual partner.
1. Age and Eligibility
To use our Services, you must represent that you meet the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (at least 13 years old, or older as required by local laws). If you are under the age of 18, you may only access the platform under the active guidance and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
LuvMatex is an entertainment application that uses specialized artificial neural network algorithms to simulate written chat companions. Through active internet connections to our computational clusters, you are provided with:
- Interactive emotional chat dialogues.
- Custom companion traits and identity creation (Personas).
- Immersive roleplay scenario options.
- A secure private history vault of your virtual memories.
All companion responses are generated dynamically by computer algorithms. They are designed strictly for entertainment, companionship, and creative play. They carry zero scientific validity or professional authority and should not be relied upon as substitutes for professional therapy or medical advice.
3. GPU Computation Billing, VIP Subscriptions, and Refunds
Providing high-speed, multi-turn AI responses requires intensive real-time GPU computation. Access to certain companion features, premium personas, or unlimited daily messages requires the purchase of In-App credits or active VIP subscriptions.
- In-App Payments: All financial transactions are securely routed through, managed by, and finalized on Apple App Store or Google Play Store merchant billing frameworks.
- Immediate Workload Cost: Because rendering dialogues consumes server GPU compute power instantly upon submission, all credits and subscription days consumed are non-refundable through us.
- Refund Disputes: Any requests for adjustments, refund eligibility checks, or transaction disputes must be submitted directly to Apple or Google systems. These requests will be processed under their respective platform consumer policies.
4. User Rights and AI Content License
Your Contributions: You retain all ownership and creative rights over the prompt directions, chat replies, and personality logs you write within LuvMatex, provided they do not violate preexisting copyrights.
Temporary Operational License: To render your messages into AI replies, sync your character’s memory state, and keep your history backed up across devices, you grant LuvMatex a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, parse, cache, and transmit your chat records solely to provide and operate the Services.
5. Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a safe, respectful environment for all users, you agree that you will not input prompts or upload configuration scripts that:
- Harm, exploit, or violate the rights of minors in any capacity.
- Generate non-consensual deepfakes of real individuals, public figures, or attempt to output explicit material targeting real people.
- Deploy bots, automated crawlers, or scraping scripts to extract the underlying neural network parameters, code libraries, or server databases of LuvMatex.
- Expose our API endpoints to denial-of-service (DDoS) attempts or interfere with GPU cluster load balancing.
We enforce automated filters. Any violation of these codes of conduct may result in immediate suspension of guest tokens, forfeiture of VIP subscription days, and permanent IP bans.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Dialogue generation carries inherent mathematical randomness. AI companions may output abstract, inaccurate, or historically incorrect text. LuvMatex provides no warranty regarding the accuracy, quality, or logic of AI responses. The service is provided entirely "as-is" and "as-available" at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, LuvMatex developers, operators, and hosting partners shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, costs associated with computer latency, loss of generated persona files, intellectual property disputes arising from AI output texts, or personal distress resulting from virtual dialogue interactions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms, and all disputes arising from your use of LuvMatex, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless consumer protection statutes in your region specify otherwise.
