By using the app, you grant LuvMatex a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, transmit, and backup your chat records strictly for the purpose of executing the chat service for you and keeping your companion’s memories synced.
5. Security & Data Deletion
We protect your personal data using industry-standard TLS encryption during transport and AES encryption at rest. Chat logs are securely isolated, preventing other users from viewing your private conversations.
You can instantly wipe your guest tokens, clear local companion profiles, or delete individual message histories directly inside the application settings. 6. Underage Users
LuvMatex is designed for users who meet the minimum legal age of digital consent in their jurisdiction (at least 13 years or older). We do not knowingly compile or index data from children. If we discover that an account has been established by an underage user, we will immediately close the digital credentials and scrub the records.
